I was going to comment on this topic on Facebook, but I’m going with the feeling that it may be a bit too macbre for the average reader.
You know that section to the right of all your postings, where they put pictures of Facebook pages your friends like? A moment ago, a picture of John Lennon caught my eye. It was to go with his Facebook page. Below it, the name of one of my Facebook friends who had “Liked” it. The name of the friend? Someone who had committed suicide earlier this year.
Is everything we do going to be left on the Internet for generations to look at? Maybe I should start filtering myself a little better.
Then again, it’s only Facebook.
