Again, someone said the words out loud in front of me.  That the Queen of England was concerned that Kate Middleton wouldn’t have the next royal heir before she has to go on vacation. At this writing, she has gone into labor (or, as they say there, “labour”) and so the royal catastrophe has been avoided.

But, I have to say, this situation does bring several questions to mind:

1) Vacation from what?
2)  If you wanted to make a last-minute change, who would tell you ‘no’?
3)  Is it because you’re afraid you might not get the deposit back on the jet ski rental?

OK, a couple of deep breaths and I’ll be fine.
