I’m at the grocery store.  Got out my QFC card so I’d get the discount on my purchase, the checker announced the total, I reached for my wallet and did a quick panic.  It was gone.  My pocket was empty!  Did I forget to bring it?   Did I drive here without my driver’s license?  Did I….?

I looked down.  It was on the counter in front of me.  Remember?  I had gotten it out to get my QFC card.  It was only seconds ago.
