I was getting dressed for last weekend’s Julefest at the Nordic Heritage Museum when I went to my collection of holiday ties. I found one with the price tag still on it. Ooh, a fresh holiday tie. I put it on and noticed a lump or something at the bottom of the wide end. At first, I figured it must be a weight they put in so that your tie always hangs straight. Of course, I couldn’t resist messing with it…and next thing you know, I squeezed it hard enough to start playing, “Jingle Bells”.
I bought a musical Christmas tie. I believe that puts me one step closer to the home, doesn’t it?
Next time I see you, squeeze my tie!
