I offered this up on Facebook

So I’ll ask it here, too. My wife is a Mike McGinn fan and so was wearing a “McGinn for Mayor” button in the grocery store. As we walked by this man in his 70s, he muttered something like, “Well, it must be time to blow up Ballard.” Huh? Can anyone explain?
