Long-time friend Steve Diklich (college roommate, friend for life) is marrying his sweetheart of the past 17+ years, Joann, in September.  Tonight is a wedding shower of sorts….but I like how they’re doing this.  Instead of bringing gifts, the invitees are asked to bring a bottle or two of wine, to help them build up their wine cellar.

Now THAT’S the way to do a wedding shower.  I just hope they enjoy the boxes I picked out.
